Heat transfer oil pump

It is cantilevered supporting structure, with single-stage, single-suction, axial inlet, vertically upwarding outlet, which mounted on the support base together with motor. It has been widely used in China's heat carrier heating system of various industrial fields such as petroleum, chemical, rubber, plastic, pharmaceutical, textile, printing and dyeing, road construction, food, etc. It is mainly used to transport weak corrosive high temp. liquid without solid particles. With operation temperature ≤350 °C, it is an ideal hot oil circulation pump.

Features:

Adopting natural heat dissipation structure instead of the traditional water cooling structure, binging simple structure, small volume, low operation cost, good performance.

2. It adopts the combination of packing seal and mechanical seal, and uses the third generation PTFE (abbreviated as PTFE) for lip seal, which is 25 times better than rubber seal, and has very strong corrosion resistance.

Precautions:

Because the front bearing is lubricated with heat-conducting oil, the thermal viscosity of the heat-conducting oil used by the customer must be 10-15 cents (mm2/s) if it is lower than 10 °C (mm2/s), pls keep us informed when purchasing pump.
